1. About ModelsUpClose e-PhotoBooks and Videos:
ModelsUpClose feature beautiful models in creative video shows on themes set to music, suitable for general exhibition viewing. Available for download now at just $9.50 each e-Book contains hundreds of quality, full screen photos and video still images (video art), as a PDF file that plays on everything from computers, DVD players, i-pads, etc..
Related video shows are five to ten minute videos, each at just $6.50. Links to the video order pages are included in the e-PhotoBook along with sample still images from the videos to help you select what to buy. Needs a broadband Internet connection to order via PayPal and download.
Order e-PhotoBooks and Download Videos safely and easily via PayPal. You recieve an email with a download link for your e-PhotoBook or videos as soon as your order is completed.
Click the "Add to Cart" button above each display poster to buy an e-PhotoBook or download video. You can only order one copy of the e-Book, no matter how many times you click the add to cart button. When finished browsing, select the "View Cart" button, click the "Proceed to PayPal" button at the bottom of your order form window to go to PayPal to complete payment. You will then receive an email with your download link.
Our web sites work with all common web browsers and mobile devices but for best results we recommend the free Mozilla FireFox web browser. On smaller computer monitors it is recommended you scroll across and down the page. On mobile devices only part of a page may be displayed. Browser enlarged text presentation may distort the overall page design and hide parts of the "View Cart" screen - shrink your window size if necessary to view all the window.
The exact content and play time of our download videos and photo books varies and may change without notice. On-line samples and information provided is only an approximate guide to the actual content and quality of the product available for purchase.
Please check our Conditions of Use before you view any of our images or video scenes. Our videos and books are only for your personal viewing - not to share or sell to others.
Copyright is reserved on all our images, music and web pages. Musical accompaniment is for the personal enjoyment of the viewer and is the copyright of the producer. Separate permission from the copyright owner is required for further use and/or public performance of the music.
We are providing content for your sole private viewing only and on condition that you keep it safe and do not distribute it to others. Sharing our content and/or allowing others to use your access details may seriously damage our business and we will hold you liable for any costs and damages resulting from your actions. Please report to us any use you suspect to be outside these terms and conditions.
2. Placing an order is easy and quick!
Quality, reliable service since 1998. You can order from us with complete confidence. Payment is safe and eassy via PayPal with your credit card or bank debit. Or contact us for details of alternatives.
Look for the "Add to Cart" button on feature model pages. Click the "Add to Cart" button to buy a video or photo book.
When finished browsing, select the "View Cart" button, scroll down the order form and click the "Proceed to PayPal" button at the bottom - wait to connect to PayPal to complete payment.
When your PayPal transaction is complete you will receive an email with your download link.
If you don't receive an email with your link in 24 hours, simply contact us and we will send you another link. We respond to all email within 48 hours, if you don't get a reply from us, assume we have not received your email (or you are not getting our reply) and try contacting us again from a web based email service like g-mail.
Orders for download videos and photo books are instantly processed by PayPal if you use the credit card option. Other forms of payment take several days to clear your bank - PayPal will advise you by email when your payment has completed. You can also confirm the order has been paid by checking your PayPal transaction history.
NB: If you prefer NOT to use credit cards or e-checks, you can mail us payment by Money Order (or Postal Note) available over the counter from most Post Offices. Contact us for details.
If you encounter a problem, simply contact us and please be patient. Please do not attempt to reverse orders yourself, open a dispute or charge back purchases by contacting PayPal or your bank. This will delay your purchase or refund, while we settle that matter and may result in additional fees and charges - larger than your original purchase amount. Simply ask us first and allow us time to fix it.
The actual products purchased are not itemised on your card/bank statement and we do not issue a separate invoice/statement. PayPal will send you an order confirmation as soon as your payment is confirmed but, depending on your email settings and service, you may not receive this - check payment progress in your PayPal Transaction History.
3. Download success tips and playback quick fix
Our e-PhotoBooks play on all devices that play PDF files. For best results select "Full Screen" mode from the "View" menu of your PDF player. Use the navigation arrows on each page to move through the book. Some PDF players do not offer some feature. For best viewing install the free original Adobe Acrobat PDF player.
Our download videos are in Divx format which should play in your computer’s default media player but, in some cases, you may need to install the free Divx player from Divx.com, which will also automatically update all other media players on your computer to play our videos, so can keep using your default media player after installing the Divx media player.
Be sure to take note of where the video is saved on your hard drive - or you may never find it again!
For the best downloading results, try these tips:
* re-start your computer and make downloading the first thing you do
* do NOT close the download link window/tab until the download is complete
* do NOT attempt to open the e-book or play the video until the file has fully downloaded
* do not play another video or browse web sites while downloading videos
* do not have any other applications running on your computer when downloading
* for repeated download failures, ask your Internet Service Provider for help
Video playback tips:
* re-start your computer before enjoying your download e-books and videos
* install the latest free Divx media player, which will update all media players on your computer
* do not run any other programs when playing videos, especially gaming or peer to peer software
* check your computer monitor preferences and ensure it is set to the highest resolution
* reduce the player window size if playback stalls or ends abruptly before the conclusion of the video
If problems persist, please contact us and allow up to 48 hours for us to respond.
4. Refund and Cancellation Policy:
100% “No Questions Asked” Refund:
In most cases your purchase is available within minutes of buying (except when you pay by e-bank methods in which case access will be determined by the time it takes your bank to process the payment). However, should you not be able to access or use our website as intended with your computer device and Internet connection, simply contact us within seven days of your payment having been cleared by PayPal and we will cancel your purchase and fully refund your payment.
Alternatively: you are welcome to Contact Us and ask for technical support at no additional cost, to assist you to access and use our website. If we are unable to help in a reasonable time, we will cancel your purchase and fully refund your payment.
Please allow 48 hours for us to action your request. If you do not receive a reply from us within 48 hours, please assume we have not received your original request, verify you have given a valid reply to address and resubmit your request.
NB: Please do NOT attempt to “charge back’ your payment directly with your card company or bank or by opening a dispute with our billing company. This action will delay settlement and may incur additional fees which we will recover from you.
Purchasing a download video or photo book is a commitment to buy it and we guarantee to provide the access you need to successfully complete the download process. But once our records show you have accessed the file successfully we cannot offer refunds for download video purchases. If you are not able to successfully download the video(s) you have purchased, please contact us and we will help you to download the file(s) or refund your purchase.
5. Confidentiality Statement and Privacy Policy:
No personal details are retained by us when you browse our web sites, access our catalogue and order form pages or send e-mail enquiries or comments.
ModelsUpClose do not provide your email or other personal details to any other person or company for any reason, provided your contact with us is legal and we are not compelled by law enforcement agencies to disclose this information.
We never telephone or send advertising mail to you and never engage in e-mail, mail or telephone marketing of any kind.
We may send you an occasional text only email update and/or customer satisfaction survey unless you have requested no email contact. We may send you an email if we have an urgent technical or legal reason to contact you (such as you dishonour payment) whether or not you have elected to receive email from us.
If you have opted in to our forums or when we need to contact you with alerts and procedural matters related to your current order, you may receive brief occasional emails from us related to your purchase. We never send third party advertising. Unfortunately our email address can be used by others to send fake email, please delete any such email without responding.
NB: we never send email asking for your access details or asking you to confirm your personal details. Please treat any such email as fake and delete it without responding.
All personal details you provide via PayPal secure panel are stored according to their policies and procedures. Contact PayPal for further information about these policies.
All details you provide via our Google mail, forums and NewsGroups, YouTube and PhotoBucket pages are stored in accordance with their respective site policies and procedures.
When you make a purchase, a copy of the details you provide on the order form, including your IP address is transmitted to our download service provider. We use best practice methods to process and store our data and do not make your personal details available to any third parties accept if required by law or situations where you attempt to dishonour payment commitments you have made to us, in which case, we reserve the right to pass your details to our Debt Recovery Agent and lawyers.
Ideas volunteered by viewers are welcome and will be acknowledged appropriately in any subsequent production using that suggestion. If you are seeking payment for supplying concepts, suggestions, script and/or content please indicate this first and get our agreement before sending your material to us. We are not responsible for the confidentiality of material forwarded without prior arrangement to do so.
To contact us via the Internet, type the email address shown at the top of this page into your email client as per regular email. This is not an encrypted communication channel. We do not guarantee that unauthorised persons will not access your information and you should only email details that suit these conditions.
Our Privacy and Confidentiality Agreement is limited to our web site and company practices. When you follow a link, whether to PayPal or other web site linked to ours, these sites are not bound by this agreement and it is important you check that their privacy and confidentiality terms suit you.
Our Confidentiality Agreement is automatically voided if you attempt a fraudulent order transaction, break any of our Conditions of Use or attempt to 'Charge Back' credit card purchases you made with us. Non payment of accounts, placing a debit enquiry with your bank and/or fraudulent access to services that require payment of a fee may each automatically void this confidentiality agreement. Debt recovery agents do not respect your confidentiality in their pursuit of outstanding accounts.
6. Contacting us by e-mail and mail
Enter the email address at the top of this page in your email client to contact ModelsUpClose. Your comments, question and suggestions are always welcome but please remember email is not perfect or a secure media and your message may not reach us, our reply may not reach you and your message may be seen by others.
We reply to your e-mail personally within 48 hours. If you do not get a reply, please check your e-mail settings, check your email folders for misplaced replies and check your "reply to" address in the header of your email messages and try again.
NB: Some Internet Service Providers are known to bar certain addresses and/or have email filtering that may block our reply from reaching you. If after repeated attempts, you do not get a reply from us, you are always welcome to write a letter and mail to our mail address:
